Carolina is a psychotherapist licensed in mental health counseling with over 20 years of experience providing mental health and substance abuse services in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors throughout the Central Florida area. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, both from the University of South Florida. With a background in behavioral research, she has experience with in-school, in-home, in-patient, and outpatient settings and has worked with children, couples, families, and individuals. Carolina's areas of focus include working with front line healthcare workers such as nurses, doctors, firefighters, and paramedics. She helps veterans transition out of the service, and manage post traumatic stress. Carolina helps couples and families improve their communication and emotional connection, and is LGBT, kink, and poly knowledgeable and friendly.
